Online Shopping
Since its inception in 2013, YOHO has been dedicated to advancing the online shopping landscape in Hong Kong. As of September 2023, we have established a significant customer base comprising 1.05 million registered members. According to Google Analytics data from March 2022, the YOHO e-commerce platform boasts over 2.29 million monthly active users. This significant user engagement cements our dominant position in Hong Kong’s online electronics retail sector and underscores the strong customer affinity for our brand.
New Retail
Since our inception, we have advocated for the integration of the OMO model in Hong Kong's e-commerce sector, aiming to provide customers with an enriched and seamless shopping experience. This approach aligns perfectly with the recent surge in new retail trends. Moving forward, we are committed to elevating the retail experience by strategically integrating a range of cutting-edge technological innovations.
Products
Under our 1P and 3P models, YOHO currently boasts a comprehensive portfolio of approximately 46,000 SKUs. Predominantly featuring electronic products and home appliances, our diverse product range also spans multiple categories, including but not limited to makeup and skincare, health and wellness, household, mother and baby, pet supplies, wines and spirits, and toys.
Pricing
We do not incur exorbitant rental costs, allowing us to channel these savings directly into our product pricing strategy. Upholding our commitment to offer cost-effective and high-quality products to consumers has always been the fundamental tenet of our mission.
Delivery
YOHO collaborates with logistics partners to arrange doorstep delivery services, making shopping more convenient. Additionally, we offer customers the flexibility to select from a network of over 2000 designated self-pickup points or collect their purchases at our flagship store.
